In her role as Associate, Adyani manages and supports Luminate’s partners in Indonesia.

Adyani joined Luminate with over ten years of experience in grant-making philanthropy. She previously worked for the Ford Foundation in Jakarta, Indonesia. There she held multiple roles such as Compliance Coordinator, Programme Assistant, Acting Grants Officer for Creativity and Freedom of Expression, and was in the Promoting Tolerance Programme. In these roles, together with the program team Adyani conducted monitoring and evaluation, event coordination, and served as the ‘connector’ of grantees. She also worked for the Library of Congress in Jakarta, and previously with ELSAM, one of the leading human rights organisations in Indonesia.
