As Vice President at Luminate, Claire manages its People, Culture & Global Support operations and strategy and provides HR advisory services to its partners.

Claire has extensive experience working with senior executives and managers to embed people practices and operational efficiencies in order to foster and enhance healthy workplaces. Prior to joining Luminate, she spent 11 years working for an open source technology company and advising entrepreneurs of technology start-ups on organisational design & development. Claire previously held positions in human resources and operations for Red Bull and worked in the shipping industry in East Africa.
