As Director of IT, Jason leads the management, administration, and maintenance of Luminate's global IT systems. 

Before joining Luminate, Jason led IT operations as Senior Director of Information Technology at Counterpart International. Prior to that, Jason was Senior Director of Information Technology at Arabella Advisors. In this role he managed the IT function for over 200 staff members across four offices, and he advised independent 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organisations. He previously was a consultant with Hartman Executive Advisors where he served in part-time Chief Technology Officer and IT Director roles for clients.
