With over 15 years of diverse experience—including Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers and managing a wide-ranging HR portfolio in education—Nicole brings a versatile perspective to her role, leveraging people and culture analytics to refine Luminate’s programmes and enrich the employee experience.
