As the Coordinator for People, Culture & Global Support at Luminate, Sophie works to create an inclusive and equitable employee experience. She was previously an Executive Assistant supporting Luminate's London office. 

Sophie brings expertise in public relations, event management, and journalism to her role. Prior to joining Luminate, she was an Account Manager at The Spa PR Company and also worked for Farblack Brands, where she managed public relations and social media. Sophie was previously a journalist at Rex Features press agency. While here, her work was published in a number of UK and international publications.
