As a Director in Luminate’s Communications team, Tennille focuses on external and organisational communications supporting all of the foundation’s work. 

Tennille joined Luminate after nearly 20 years working in international development, humanitarian, policy and advocacy communications. Most recently, Tennille worked in strategic communications focused on technology at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Prior to this, she held a number of roles across media, social, campaigning and executive communications in more than 15 years at World Vision International. Tennille began her career working in journalism in her native New Zealand and is passionate about social justice and authentic storytelling.
