Unite Us named digital health startup to watch

Congratulations to Unite Us for being named as the Digital Health Startup to Watch by Rock Health, Fenwick & West, Goldman Sachs, and Pacific Western Bank in the Top 50 in Digital Health.

We initially invested in Unite Us in 2015 because we believed in the founders’ vision to scale a person-centered civic tech platform that enables the delivery of health and social services to the people who need them most. Care coordination, collaboration, and service delivery across sectors is a big, hairy problem, and yet Unite Us has moved the sector forward by making it possible at scale.

Since our initial investment, Unite Us has seen exceptional growth and impact. In 2019, Unite Us partnered with Kaiser Permanente, supporting their 12.3 million members, and the state of North Carolina, connecting over 17 million people to the services they need. Unite Us also partnered with CVS Health and other organizations committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities they serve.

Unite Us now powers 55 networks in 23 states and has tripled in size to accommodate the growing demand for outcome-driven change across the nation.
