The Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency (GIFT), founded in 2011, is a Multi-Stakeholder Action Network, where governments, civil society, and international organisations work jointly to develop and seek to implement standards pertaining to the openness of the budget cycle and citizen participation in that process.
