An astute, innovative lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, Alex advises on commercial arrangements, media and software issues, intellectual property law, charity governance, risk management, and legal strategy.  She has held senior leadership roles at renowned media companies and charities. Alex used her academic prowess to teach Commercial Law and Intellectual Property and recently completed the Level 7 ‘Leading Strategic Change’ programme.
