As a member of Luminate's Leadership Team, Ksenia brings deep expertise in driving organisational change with a career dedicated to understanding how people, teams, and systems adapt and thrive. Prior to joining Luminate, she held leadership roles at Accenture, Nesta, and CIPD.

Ksenia’s approach combines strategic insight with a strong focus on people. She has led major transformation initiatives across sectors, helping organisations build cultures of psychological safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. She has also conducted applied research on organisational behaviour in academic and professional settings.
