In her role as Analyst, Christina supports the work of Luminate’s Narrative Change team through managing grants and contracts, advocating within creative industries, building relationships, and facilitating knowledge sharing for narrative change across the organisation.

Before joining Luminate, she was a Senior Program Operations Associate at the Open Society Foundations (OSF), where she managed a diverse portfolio of grants, contracts, and supported programmatic work across OSF's Global and Europe & Central Asia programs. 

Prior to this, Christina was a Grants and Finance Specialist with the Ocean Program at the World Resources Institute and a Program Coordinator at Carnegie Europe, the European branch of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
