As Project Manager, Francesca drives the development, tracking, and successful delivery of projects for the People, Culture, and Global Support Team. She focuses on enhancing team productivity, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful results that align with the organisation’s broader goals and priorities. Additionally, Francesca manages Luminate's travel program, provides event support, and oversees operations for the Washington, DC office.
Francesca has wide-ranging experience in organising events, communications, project management, coordinating travel, vendor relationship management, and providing high-level executive support. Before joining Luminate, her career was focused on hospitality sales and event management at hotels such as The Willard Intercontinental and The Watergate Hotel.
