As Office Manager & Executive Assistant, Francesca oversees Luminate’s Washington, DC office and assists the Head of DC Office & Vice President, Latin America. As part of the People, Culture and Global Support team, she is responsible for travel management and coordinating events. Francesca also works closely with the Latin America team in providing logistical and project management support.
Francesca has wide-ranging experience in organising events, communications, project management, coordinating travel, vendor relationship management, and providing high-level executive support. Before joining Luminate, her career was focused on hospitality sales and event management at hotels such as The Willard Intercontinental and The Watergate Hotel.
