Juliana is a Senior Regional Manager focused on Luminate’s work in Latin America.

She is passionate about storytelling and working to create social change. Prior to joining Luminate, Juliana was an Advocacy Officer at FRIDA | The Young Feminist Fund where she was part of the team developing the fund's media, advocacy, and partnership strategies. She previously worked as a Communications & Campaigns Coordinator for Amnesty International Brazil where she organized and implemented campaigns for human rights and as a Media Officer for ActionAid where she planned and executed the organisation's media strategy in Brazil. She also designed digital branding strategies for clients as a Marketing Assistant at Idigo Agency. Juliana began her career as a journalist at O Globo newspaper.
