Naomi is responsible for building relationships between the Luminate Strategic Initiatives team and other foundations, funders, and high-net-worth individuals. In her role, she helps bring new financial resources and coordinates existing funders to support the ecosystem of activists, advocacy groups, litigators, and technologists working to rein in Big Tech and build a better internet.  

Naomi is an experienced community builder for systems change. She specialises in building networks, communities, and communication strategies for social and environmental justice issues. Prior to joining Luminate, she led movement building and partnerships at Chayn, a non-profit working at the intersection of technology and gender-based violence. She was previously Head of Community and Communications at Finance Innovation Lab, Membership and Services Coordinator at ISEAL Alliance, and Sustainability Engagement Officer at the London School of Economics.
