In his role as Global Compensation & Benefits Coordinator, Federico works on a variety of People and Finance related projects, contributing to the successful delivery of payroll, compensation, and benefits functions.  

Federico has a range of experience in team management, particularly focused on HR-related tasks and responsibilities including HR analytics, strategic planning, and policies and procedures. Prior to joining Luminate, Federico worked for Burberry where he provided advice on people matters, oversaw payroll and compensation, and managed the HR information systems.
