As an Associate at Luminate, Rinaldi Ridwan manages the organisation’s portfolio in Indonesia. With over 16 years of experience in research, project management, and advocacy across the Asia Pacific region, Rinaldi focuses on adolescent health, sexual and reproductive rights, digital health, and social and behavioural change communication. 

Rinaldi has worked and provided consultancy to government, private sector, and leading international organisations such as UNICEF, UNFPA, IPPF, and Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Program by developing interventions and managing program, research, and policy advocacy that influence health and education strategies. He is also experienced in developing digital health interventions targeting youth and has contributed to a range of publications in his areas of expertise. 

Previously, Rinaldi held roles in communications, where he led strategic initiatives for organisations working on public health and social change.
