As an IT Analyst, Dickson provides technical support and assists in the administration and management of Luminate's global IT systems. 

Before joining Luminate, Dickson was an IT Assistant seconded to the Division of Conference Services at the United Nations Office in Nairobi. Prior to that, he served as a Technical Support Engineer at the United Nations Office in Nairobi, providing technical support and standard applications for various UN agencies, including UNEP, UN-Habitat, UNODC, UNDP, WFP, UNIC, UNIDO, and UNHCR. He has worked in system administration and IT technical roles, where he supported ERP and railway technological systems.
