As Principal at Luminate, Adeboye supports the foundation’s work in building healthy digital governance, tech accountability, and civic space engagement across Africa.

Adeboye is a seasoned digital rights advocate and technology policy expert with over a decade of experience in digital transformation, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement across the Africa region. As Senior Manager at Paradigm Initiative, he led digital rights and inclusion initiatives through multi-million-dollar projects in Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Tanzania, and Zambia. His advocacy helped secure the passage of Nigeria's Digital Rights and Freedom Bill.

Adeboye coordinated the G20 ThinkTank on AI Governance (2024) and served on the Freedom Online Coalition Advisory Network (2020-2024), advancing ethical AI and inclusive internet policies. He combines technical expertise with a commitment to human-centred technology governance.
