As Director for Latin America, Flora leads Luminate's portfolio to protect human rights, strengthen democracy, and ensure technology serves the public good across the region.

Flora brings over a decade of experience delivering high-impact global campaigns. At Ekō, she directed the 2022 Brazilian Election Integrity project, leading investigations that informed actions by the Brazilian Supreme Court, Ministry of Justice, and the UN. Previously at Avaaz, she led a landmark Amazon campaign that halted Brazil's largest proposed gold mine and developed a pioneering methodology to map malicious networks spreading disinformation that interfere with elections worldwide.

Her work has influenced landmark policies including the EU's Digital Services Act and has been featured in The New York Times, TIME, Al Jazeera, and The Guardian.
