With more than 18 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public affairs, Jim leads Luminate's marketing and communications team.
Prior to joining Luminate, Jim worked with non-profit, corporate, and government organisations around the world. He most recently led the communications and consultancy practice at Salterbaxter MSLGROUP, where he helped technology, energy, engineering, and consumer goods clients connect their strategy with social objectives to enhance commercial and brand value and deliver meaningful impact.
Before Salterbaxter, Jim was an Associate Director of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility at Hill & Knowlton Strategies and spent five years as Head of Corporate Communications and Stakeholder Engagement for the Carbon Trust. Jim previously trained and worked as a journalist.
