As Talent Development Coordinator, Georgia is responsible for overseeing professional development programs, conducting people assessments, and managing the recruitment processes for Luminate staff. With over a decade of diverse experience across various fields, including event management, recruiting, and education, Georgia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Prior to joining Luminate, Georgia's career focused on managing large-scale events such as conventions, exhibitions, festivals, and corporate incentive travel programs. Before that, she worked as an operations manager for a recruiting start-up in Brazil, where she led and contributed to both temporary and long-term placements across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Georgia's career journey also includes stints at renowned institutions like the British Council, Johnson & Johnson, and Michael Page, a global recruitment consultancy.
