In her role as Principal, Paula develops and leads Partner Support initiatives across Luminate. In particular, she works closely with the Global Programmes and Luminate Strategic Initiatives teams, manages the Partners’ Fund, and supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts.

Paula has over ten years of experience in the social sector. Before joining Luminate, Paula worked at Conjunta, a collaborative effort to support civil society organisations in Brazil. Her work there included coordinating the portfolio’s engagement with collaboration, research, project design, and project delivery. Previously, she worked as a Development Manager for Think Olga, a leading young feminist organisation that promotes cultural change through creative narratives. Paula has also worked as a Development Assistant for The Harmony Project, a youth development program through music, and was a Women’s Advocate at YMCA’s Domestic Violence Program.
