As Operations Coordinator, Michelle supports the operations management of Luminate Strategic Initiatives.  

Michelle is an attorney and has experience in legal research, capacity building, and operations management in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Luminate, Michelle was a Tax Fellow at the International Lawyers Project where she trained government officials in Malaysia and various countries in West Africa on taxing the digital economy. Prior to that, she worked with Kenya’s Public Prosecutions Directorate where she championed occupational health and safety. 

Michelle began her legal career as a volunteer Project Assistant with Transparency International Kenya, building capacity on land rights and how to combat corruption at the grassroots level.
